Thank you for visiting the web site.It just seems like yesterday when I was playing
in the Burns Howff, Glasgow with my own band Creed, I can think of many great night’s
we all had in there with the likes of Beggars Opera, Frankie Millar, Alex Harvey,
and many others, and whatever happened to Big Davie - our drummer, to name but a
few, it would be great to hear from some old followers.
Years have past and in the following pages are a number of friends with whom I had
the sincere pleasure of playing alongside - , the honour was all mine, people like
John Coghlan (Status Quo) , Phil Lynnot (Thin Lizzy), Gary Moore, Brush Shields,
Skid Row, Billy Lyal Pilot and many more , to numerous to mention I received a call
recently from my old roadie, Jimmy Gillespie, who a lot of you will know from Glasgow,
is now living on the Isle of Man. He has taken up playing guitar and wanted me to
produce and play on a charity CD that friends of his were putting together for a
young Manx man (18) , a terrific footballer, who sadly died on the field of play
with an un-diagnosed heart condition. I was only too glad to participate, culminating
in the completion of “Sunday Morning Call “, (which was record of the week on the
island). Enjoy the site and get in touch, it would be really nice to hear from some
old friends male or female.
